Elder Care app allows caretakers of all kinds to keep track of care routines for the people who depend on them, from medication to hygiene, and track a patient's daily condition. This information can be shared between users, so multiple nurses and/or family members can stay up-to-date.
The idea came from a caretaker who needed an easier way of organizing their patient's medical needs. I took the concept of an ordinary to-do list and centered it around healthcare to create something comprehensible, versatile, and straightforward enough to be tailored to a patient's unique needs.
